Owner and founder, Mark Collier has a long history in the building industry with some 36 years under his belt. In that time Mark has amassed a variety of skills and knowledge giving him an insight into how to approach projects, both large and small, in the best possible manner. During his building career Mark also entered the decorative painting industry of which he has been involved for some 25 years. He also has a further 5 years experience in the contracting space.
In collaboration with our extensive network of sub-contractors, Paint Projects have completed a number of projects of substance successfully. We are now in a position to further our reach and Paint the Town Red.

How is Paint Projects dealing with COVID-19?
The health and safety of our clients and team is of prime importance to us. In addition to following the recommended guidelines (i.e. distancing, masks, sanitizing, infrared thermometer, etc.) we use a consultant to provide a completely legal SHE (Health and Safety) file for each commercial/corporate site.

Can you help me choose a paint colour?
Yes, we do offer assistance in deciding on the appropriate range of colours from which to choose and the level of sheen and texture that would best suit the existing wall profile. We then liaise with the paint supplier to produce the selection of samples and see that they are applied and referenced. Our paint supplier will keep a record of the colours and the formulations for 7 years for the purpose of future orders or referencing.

What kind of preparation work do you do?
We believe that preparation is 80% of the job. It is vital to pay attention to the preparation that is required on projects of substance requiring a methodical discipline, whether it be preparation of the surface or the pre-contract resource assimilation or acquisition.
